You pretty much wiped out the mother board you can take to the repair shop and they might be able to clean the soda residue out but soda contains sugar and when heated turns to carmel and fry the circuts

You are really in trouble with this because soda is acidic and if the power was on then the damage is really bad. It will never be the same. Replace it because when the soda dries, it leaves a carmel like mess.
I had the same problem happen to me. What I did was carefully take the calculator apart using a T-10 Torx screwdriver to remove the back cover. I then used a compressed air can and blew air into all the crevices and holes in the calculator. I was able to dry almost all of the soda the spilled, however some of the soda dried and turned into somewhat of a sticky mess. I was able to carefully wipe the sticky parts clean with a tissue. After doing all of that my calculator worked perfect.
Hard to tell without opening the laptop up. Depends where the soda got to. Alot of times it could be an inverter ($70-$150) or could be more serious like a new LCD Screen ($400+) and/or Motherboard ($$$+).
I would take it somewhere you trust that has a small diagnosis fee so they can take it apart and see what the soda has gotten too. Then you could decide if the cost is worth it.
