Sounds like the speakers are blown.

Your only choice now is to connect external speakers to the TV or to purchase a new television. The speakers built into TVs are generally low quality 10 Watt speakers, it is always recommended to connect external speakers to a flat panel television.

TV makes humming noise, lamp light is blinking, does not turn on

Your color wheel needs to be changed. Mine just did the same thing. I changed mine, and the buzzing sound went away, however now my picture washes out with light or yellow colors. The darks look green and purple also.

Tv makes humming noise when on. how can I eliminate or reduce the nose?

Some of the larger TV's are DISH ready, meaning that they have the tuner inside for SAT TV. The SAT tuners often have an internal fan that makes a humming noise. If it sounds like something other than that, you might have a bad component in your sound circuit that allows 60 HZ hum through the speakers.

If it is a rear projection LCG TV it has a fan in it to cool the bulb. You will hear the fan if you listen closely. It usually cannot be heard over the volume.

The fluorescent bulb and electronics inside make humming sound naturally. Kinda like when you turn on a lamp, and some lamps make a low humming sound.

Picture went out and all the tv does is make a buzzing sound

The horizontal output transistor drives a transformer that gives you the high voltage to light up the picture tube, either the transistor or the transformer have gone bad, sometimes both have to be replaced and sometimes the transistor fails for no reason by itself.Be safe and call for help if you are not familiar with tv service.
