Using the internet I uploaded a picture onto facebook from my blackberry, after that I recieved an email shortly after my phone froze. It was unresponsive to any buttons so I took the battery out, I then put it back in and now when it loads it stops 2/3's across the loading bar I've tried taking the battery out again but it does the same thing, plugging it into the charger or computer isn't helping either. I've only had this phone a month.

I can understand your concern, as well as the frustration that goes along with an issue such as this. The Research In Motion (RIM) BB Curve has some known issues, and this should be covered under the manufacturer's warranty for the device, which is a year from the date of purchase, not from the date of activation. I would recommend contacting your service provider, or stopping by one of their locations to have the issue taken care of.

Reinstalling the phone software may resolve the problem.
