Hi vinayan092, The Asus website still do not have the audio driver for this model, try installing the windows Vista driver on this link http://uk.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD_AM2/M2NMX/#download, if you have installed this successfully, you can try to check in device manager if windows detected this successfully.
Select your Operating System Select Download Type As Drivers Right Down of the Page you can see your Motherboard Drivers list Download all the Drivers and install it
