Re: Richo Printer many white lines on black print out
- PCU needs R/R
- You should replace the PCU if prints show any of the following symptoms.
- Colors are missing, faint, or partially blurred.
- Toner smears appear.
- White or color rivers appear.
- White or colored streaks appear.
-
- Important: Switch off the device and disconnect it at the mains.
- Open the right side cover.
- Pull the green levers as shown to release the inner cover.
- Lift the inner cover upwards.
- Squeeze the green lever on the black PCU.
- Pull the unit carefully out of the device and dispose of it in accordance with your local environmental policy.
- Place the new PCU on a flat surface.
- Peel off the tape from around the new PCU.
- Remove the top cover from the PCU. DO NOT remove the bottom cover at this stage.
- Rest the new PCU in the device as shown.
- Push the PCU into the device while holding the bottom cover. You will hear a click when the PCU has locked into place.
- Lower the inner cover.
- Push the two green levers as shown to secure the cover.
- Close the side cover.
- Connect the device at the mains, switch it on and wait for the self-test operation to finish.

Look like drag marks on the left and right side of the page. Drum unit shows toner still on drum.
My printer started having the white lines through the black print only. Color is not effected. After printing several pages, now there is no black ink placement in the center of the page. Any help is greatly appreciated.
