There should be a little pin ***** sized hole on the back. I you hold this in for 10-15 secs it should reset router to factory settings.
All wireless routers have a small recessed reset switch located usually on the back. You will probably need a paper clip or pen tip to reach the button. Use the paper clip and hold down the reset switch while the router is powered on for 15 seconds then release the button and power cycle the router. This will reset the router to the setting it came with out of the box. You'll need the default admin password to log onto the config page but that is usually printed somewhere on the router itself or could easily be found with a google search.

if you are asking to have the router's UI username and password reset and you dont have an access to the rotuer's UI, the only way is to factory reet your router.. however, remember that by doing this, all devices that are currenlty connected to the Internet and wirelessly to your router will get disconnected. You will have to reconfigure the router, everything on it.
For factory reset, push the reset button on the back panel of the router for 1 min using a paper clip, then unplug and replug the power adapter.
