When it comes down to drivers, your best bet is to use the ones meant for your OS but using Vista drivers on Windows 7 work the majority of the time.

For the most part, Vista driver work with Windows 7. In fact, most companies don't have a 'Window 7 Driver' because they just use the Vista one. So it should work fine!

In many cases Vista drivers will work, it is worth a try. Also Windows 7 will often times install these drivers for you automatically without notification with a couple of automatic updates and restarts.

Vista and Windows 7 drivers are often cross-compatible. The Vista driver should work.

Do windows 7 drivers exist for Tekram DC390F?

The information that I can find indicates that Tekram stopped making drivers for this card with windows 2000. It is likely, that it was natively supported in vista with generic drivers. Due to the age of this card, it is unlikely that you will find drivers that will work reliably in windows 7.

Open Device Manager, Uninstall the Graphic Card and driver, reboot the machine, allow Windows 7 to apply the generic driver, Open Windows Updates and run. Your notebook does not have compatible drivers for Windows Vista. It only supports Windows 7 (32 bit and 64 bit). It is highly advisable to just go back to Windows 7.

BUT if you really want to download the specific driver for your wireless card, you can find it here:

Check if there are Vista drivers since Windows 7 and Vista are very similar. If they are not available then you'll probably have to go back to your previous operating system.

Hard disk Recognition problem

U are actually facing the same problem as "jackwilkinso". As my previous post: Windows XP does not come out to support SATA hard drive, because inside do not inclued the SATA driver, that why u cannot see the harddisk during the setup. What u can do is try to install the SATA supported OS like Windows Vista or Windows 7, or maybe can "forcely" put in the SATA driver in ur Windows XP setup CD.
