How to reset to default settings for Asus router WL-520GC? Thank you in advance.

It is not hard at all, but its alot of typing.

First have you tried following the manual to set it up?

The default IP address is 192.168.1.1

Have you used the setup CD?

Reset the router to factory settings. There should be a reset button the back; unplug it, hold that down for a minute, then plug back in and follow the original directions to get to the administrative site.

you can setup your device using it's web user interface.
just open a web browser and type http://192.168.1.1. it'll prompt you for a username and password, type "admin" on both fields and it'll prompt you a web page where you can setup your internet settings and your wireless settings
(Note: your computer should be hardwired to device while doing the setps above)

by typing the 192.168.1.1 and follow the instruction ok
