Sorry it took so long to reply to your problem. You must try to reset the Clock/Radio's microprocessor. To do this you must disconnect the Clock/Radio from the A/C power source and remove the internal battery. Let the Clock/Radio set without any power source for about 3 hours. This should completely drain all the power from the microprocessor. After this is done, reinsert the internal battery and plug the Clock/Radio into the A/C power source. The Clock/Radio's functions should return to normal. If they do not return to normal. Unplug the Clock/Radio from the A/C power source and remove the internal battery. Replace the internal Battery (CR2430). Let the Clock/Radio again drain all the power from the microprocessor. Insert the new battery and Plug the Clock/Radio into the A/C power source. The Clock/Radio's functions should return to normal. If you should still be having problem with the functions of the Clock/Radio, you will need to call Emerson Customer Support. The telephone number for Emerson Customer Support is 1-800-909-1240. Call them between the hours of 8am-4:30pm CT. Give them the make and model number of the Clock/Radio and ask them for assistance with your problem. I hope this information help you with your problem. 36" KitchenAid microwave has been beeping for no reason. It's like someone is going to use it and it changes the display. Happened in the middle of the night. I cleared it, but it keeps happening

Erratic behavior sometimes occurs when microwaves are not plugged into grounded outlets. Make sure it is actually grounded. If so, you might have a defective control panel.

Radio of Durabrand Clock Radio WA-211C plays every hour on the ho

Thank you very much for your reply; I think I may have solved the problem by changing the Time settings to 24 Hour, rather than a.m. / p/m. I did this yesterday evening and the radio didn't come on every hour for a few seconds as it had been doing so I'm hoping this solves the problem, although there doesn't seem to be a logical reason why it should! I haven't yet tried setting the alarm function, so I can't be 100% certain that the problem has gone but I am hopeful.

On the basis that I had tried everything else, this seemed to be the only (last) possibility available; once again thank you very much for your reply - I don't know whether this solution is helpful to you.
