How do you remove display panel from frigidaire affinity washer

"E20" stands for the water is not pumping out fast enough which means it could be an issue with your control panel or drain pump. Check the wall socket with another electric gadget. Check your washer plug fuse. Finally open up the rear (after taking the washer power cord off the wall of course!) and disconnect and reconnect all wires and connectors one by one. Possible it could just be a loose connection somewhere. Sometimes happens due to vibration.

Hello Phyllis Emmett - Do you notice any error codes displayed on the control panel or lights blinking? If so and the panel displays "DR", the door may have a defective door lock switch. However, if panel displays "DDO" either the drawer is not closing, magnet may be missing or have a defective reed switch, which you will need to contact a professional to diagnose the unit.

Why do you want to? Most work is done through the back panel.

remove the toe kick panel just below the front door and its located right below the drum

on the affinity washers, tou acess the pump from the back. there is a large service panel that is removed by a couple screws. the pump is right there for you to work on. shane

e 47 is a defective door lock asm pn 131763245 for about $67

check tech sheet located inside washer cabinet at bottom. remove lower kick panel to access.
