I have a toshiba Satellite 1905-S301 that randomly shuts off. It only does this when I am surfing (but only oncertain websites), streaming music, video, or doing 2 or more CPU intensive things at once (surfing and using Winamp, for example). It also shuts down when I try to perform a disc cleanup, scan with Advanced System Care, and towards the end of a CD burning process with WMP (never in the middle, always JUST BEFORE I get the damned thing burned!). After this happens, I can turn it right back on, resume what I was doing, and it's fine for a while until the CPU gets too busy again. This problem has occurred with the machine for over 2 years now and it works just fine, except for this one issue. If the machine is turned over with the front of it facing you, the part of the bottom that would is at the upper right hand corner gets extremely hot when this happens, which leads me to bleieve that the CPU is the culprit. Is there any way to fix this without taking the machine to a computer shop? Funds are rather tight right now and my newer PC just crapped out! PS: I have tried blowing air into, AND vacuuming out the fan and vent areas, to no avail.

This could be a sign that your laptop is overheating. If you touch the laptop while it is running & you find it too hot, make sure that the fan is running properly & that the air ways are not blocked.
You can blow compressed air into the cooling vents of the fan. If you notice clouds of dust coming out, then it might be a good idea to disassemble the laptop, clean the fan & air ways, & reassemble it back. If the fan has failed & is no longer running, it might need to be replaced.
You might also check the thermal grease applied between the bottom surface of the heat sink & the upper surface of the processor. If this thermal grease has dried out, you will need to clean it out carefully, & apply fresh thermal grease.

Where can i purchase a MPC13A-20/R 802.11b card for my Toshiba Satellite 1905-S301?

This is the only card that works in the mini-PCI slot in the 1905 series. eBay would be your best bet. You can look under "Toshiba 1905 wireless card" but ... make sure it's an Agere card, as most sellers are selling Intel, Broadcom, Atheros.... and none of them will work.
