Check the connection to the machine. Otherwise the IP changed on the machine or the network you're on IP changed.

You have to change your network settings (IP, Sub-net mask, Gateway, DNS) for that router.
I advise you to put an static IP address in your machine. Than change the gate in your driver. And so on, and so on.
It Will be like a new installation. Except the drivers (because you already have it installed in your computer (just change the IP in the printer properties)
You can also go to a chat and ask for help. Maybe they give you the step by step

- Press the User Tools/Counter button.
- Choose System Settings.
- Choose Interface Settings.
- Choose Network.
- Choose IP Address.
- To specify an IP address, choose Specify, and then enter the address you want to use. To have DHCP automatically assign an IP address, choose Auto-Obtain (DHCP).

the copier does not use driver
u need to connect it using network cable (cross over if its only to one computer)
assigne ip address subnet mask and gate details
connec to the copier via ur web brouser ising that ip address
log in user name admin no password
go to address book and set up a user and the path to where u wana save
plus domain name workgroup all authenticatin detail and have a shared folder on ur computer with read and write rites enabled

sorry to say this but if u r not fammilia with connectivity side of things ull find it very difficult

first u have to purchase feature expantion or GW board from ricoh if it has been already installed in d machine just download the rpcs driver from www.ricoh.com
and install to ur pc

If network board is installed:
Press "User tools"
"System setting"
"interface settings"
"network"
"ip address"
then, with "spceify" highlighted, select "ip address"
Type in your preferred IP address, press 'OK'.....then be sure to select "OK" with "specify" highlighted to lock in the setting, or it will not be saved.
Do the same for the Subnet mask.
Then set it up on your PC.

Pressure roller warm up error. Usually means that the fuser roller isn't at the right temperature when you turn the copier on.

Try turning the copier completely off. Wait 30 seconds. Turn it back on again and see if it goes away.

If not a technician should look at the fuser section to see what the problem is.
