First thing to do is put the original boards back in the TV, none are bad, you have defective LED strips in the panel, real common issue with this model set, the power supply inverter senses the over current and shuts down, you get the blinking standy light when this happens
An LED that blinks four times followed by a two-second pause is signaling the pressure switch is closed when it should be open. The switch itself might be stuck, or the tubing that attaches the switch to the furnace's draft inducer might be blocked
Usually when the furnace blower motor runs all the time
The limit switch or rollout switch is usually open or bad.
The furnace board is seeing that one of those switches is open, so it brings the blower on to try to get the heat out of the combustion chamber area, so the switch will close. But if the switch is bad and won’t close, the furnace board will keep the blower running continuously.
A constant red light (not blinking) indicates that the thermostat is not calling for heat. Of course you know it is but just to be safe, jump out R and W on the board. If it continues to do the same as you indicated, replace the board.
