SOURCE: kawasaki mule heat light staying on

Replace the impeller in your water pump. It's an easy job and needs to be done every 2 or 3 years depending on use. Why they put a rubber impeller in these I do not know. Your local Kawasaki dealer will be able to help you with the part.

I have a Kawasaki Mule 4010 2012 4x4 that keeps blowing a fuse as soon as you turn the key to on. what can it be? I've checked the switch, relays, for damaged wires under the dash etc?

I assume there is only ONE fuse, since you are not specific.
The solution therefore is just hard work and long hours with your ohmmeter disconnecting wires and tracking it down one wire at a time.

Kawasaki Mule bleeding coolant causing problems

Its probably the head gaskets. When you do the compression test its not running and the holes in the gasket could seal up. When it gets hot a hole could appear in the gasket or even a crack in the head.
Its clear from the rising coolant levels that something is putting pressure into the coolant, do the bubbles in the coolant smell of fuel?

2010 Kawasaki 610 mule has no power when key is on and battery is good? There is 12 volts at the starter but nothing happens when you turn on the key switch.

Kawasaki mule 610 new battery but little to no power to solenoid. Fully charged starter makes rapid clicking noise. When attacked to battery jump starter it will start. Mule was running excellent for 2 weeks with new battery. I was told by kawasaki technician it was ignition. Nope thoroughly skimmed inspected wires and see nothing wrong. Technician told me different second time, it's now the starter replaced starter ($450) and still no results I'm at a loss

Why does my Kawasaki mule 3010 stall and then won't start for about 10 minutes

Have your fuel pump checked. The wires on mine were melting due to the regulator attached the pump being bad so when the mule would first start it would run fine until it warmed up and then no gas once the wires warmed up. Don't buy the Kawasaki replacement unless you want to pay $300 or more for the part (They are crazy over-priced on parts) and labor. Got a 3rd party pump for $50 and had it replaced for one hours labor and we are good to go. Worse case next time around I buy another $50 pump and replace it myself

Went to dealership to repair heater core on 2002 a4 1.8T.they now tell me that after they installed the new heater core and bleed the system the watr pump failed and now needs to be replaced oh and by the...

The water pump failure sounds fishy to me. I avoid dealerships at all cost. They tend to overcharge , and fix unnecessary stuff.
The timing belt on the other hand should have been done at 100,000 km / 60,000 mi
