If you mean the impeller is jammed then take the filter out and clean the debris that is jamming it up.
Normally the water flow when draining the machine is enough to clean it.
This is
almost certainly a simple problem with your empty pump filter being clogged.
The empty cycle is timed and if it can't get all the water out in time because
the filter is blocked and slowing the empty down, then it will fail safe and
won't step on to the final spin cycle with excess water in the drum. While it's
trying to get the water evacuated, you will probably see the machine doing a
slow tumble for up to 8 minutes and you may also hear the empty pump running
too. You need to
locate and clean the filter. Depending on the model (not familiar which with
the model you mention) there is probably a round filter cap on the front of the
machine at the bottom (It may be behind a small door or hidden behind a clip on
panel on the bottom) Many models of this design also have a small hose to the
right of the filter cap that you can pull out, remove a plug from and drain off
any water in the filter before you remove the filter and get your floor wet, so
take a look for this before you remove the filter and get soaked.
Hi,
This means you unit is unable to drain the water out in a timely fashion, most likely you have a clogged filter in the pump causing this. Remove the access panel under the door, 2-3 screw at the bottom. The pump has a screw handle head on it the you can unscrew ad clean out the filter. Use caution, will contain water and once removed it will pour out, use a bucket to collect the water.
Stay dry...
Hi - in most cases there are three screws behind the door, 2 screws for the door lock, some models will require the removal of soap dish and screws.
Should not be the case here, 2 screws on the lower part of the front panel, open the small trap door bottom RH corner unscrew cap to remove the rubbish from the drain pump as this shuts off the machine too.
Be careful to have a contaner to catch H2O as the cap unscrews.
Check the filter clean out there prolly is something it it. Take the bottom pannel off and in the center there is the pump it screw off and u can pull the filter out becareful alot of water it gonna come out. Clean the filter out and put everything back and you should be good to go.
Remove bottom plastic panel across the front of machine- it just clips off (use a small screwdriver or bread knife to prise off). You will now see a round filter behind this panel- unscrew anticlockwise to remove- this is the filter. Sometimes filter can be hard to remove if you have things jammed in it- give it bit of a jiggle and it should come out without forcing it.
Remember- if there is still water in the machine, this water will come out on the floor once you remove the filter- put down some towels!!
Happy fixing!!
dear sir/mam clean pump means we should clean the filter provided in the pump line,in some models filter will be located inner bottom of the washing machine and outer bottom of the washing machine so please check it and clean the filter.
Your model of washer dryer is fittted with a self cleaning pump, and may not have a filter fitted.
To check if it has, remove lower plinth at bottom of m/c, and if there is a plastic panel there ,remove that as well.
If there is a filter fitted, you will see it at the bottom right front, it has a round cover, unscrew anti clockwise, remove and clean filter.
Pleas leave a fixya rating if you consider my solution appropiate to your query.
Thankyou.
Probably the pump or hose is blocked, remove the cover along the front bottom, of the machine, remove the filter and clean out, ensure the pump impeller is clear of debris and rotates freely.
refit the filter and try again.
