We have a Bosch Washing Machine nexxt 100 series wfmc1001uc, the water lines froze without us realizing, we started to washer while lines were frozen... in the end, we had to replace the hot water inlet as it popped off and broke the threads, flooding the inside of the washer and floor once the pipes thawed. since then we tried running it through cycles once the inlet valve was replaced, it would try to cycle, but the pump seemed to just stay on and eventually it started making noise. Now it runs constantly, for instance, while starting a wash cycle, the motor rotates the tub both directions slowly at first as its supposed to, but the pump is running the whole time and sounds like it has gravel in it! did we blow the pump? and why does it try to run all the time?
