I bought a Concord watch on October, 2008. I paid about $600 (including tax). It has never worked. I returned it to the place where I bought it (Lorilil Jewelers, Austing St, Forest Hills, NY 11375) for repairs. When I got it back; it did not keep time properly. I have taken it back to the jewelry store about three times, same result. I was told that maybe I had put water on the watch. I cannot imagine how I could have done that. Any way, the watch is back at the Forest Hills store; I left it there on July 9th before I went on vacation. I intend to to back in a couple of days to get it back. I wonder if this time it works. However, I want some assurance from your company that you take responsibility for your products. Perhaps, I should get a new watch since the one I was given is defective. Maybe my attorney should look into this. I am a little annoyed about going back and forth to the jewelry store with the promise of a repair that does not happen. Is there any one I can contact to get some results? A name, perhaps? I hope I hear from you. Ines S Pauk

How much is the cost of replacing a battery on my tissot prs200

If you have tool and do it at home, it costs you about $4.00 for the new battery bought from Wal-mart. You have to open the watch's back to see the battery type (for example Renata or Maxell or Varta, etc. together with a 3-digit number) then go to Wal-mart or somewhere else to buy a replacement.
If you can't do that by yourself or don't want to get some scratches on your watch, bring it to your local watches/jewelry store. ( I have paid for that small job $16.00 plus taxes.)

Won this watch in a poker game want to know if its real or not the s/n number on the watch reads F432117

Sorry - it is a fake! I have the same watch serial number bought at a fake goods store in Beijing (Yashow), and yet another is posted for sale here: http://www.oztion.com.au/buy/auction...itemid=8398193
Still, the fake I have is a good quality fake, good crystal and good quality and has been working well for a year... still worth the $80 I paid for it including skin tax!!

I have a watch from kenneth cole reaction model #kc3652 i took it to have battery changed but it didnt work with that is there service for this type of issue

    Bought from Kenneth Cole Store
  1. Write your name, address, phone number and a description of the problem on a sheet of paper.
  2. Put the watch and the paper with your information in a padded envelope or box.
  3. Mail your package to:

    Kenneth Cole Productions Inc.
    Attn: Returns Department
    229 Hollie Drive
    Martinsville, VA 24112
  4. Send the package via Certified Mail and insure it.
  5. Wait four to six weeks. If the repair is under warranty, Kenneth Cole Productions will make the repair and mail your watch back to you. If the repair is not under warranty, it will call you to let you know the charges.
  6. Bought from Official Kenneth Cole Retailer
  7. Find the website for the retailer where you bought your watch. Look for warranty information on the website. This location should have the address where you will send your watch for repairs.
  8. Fill out a form with your name, address, phone number and a description of the problem. Some retailers have forms on their website. The form may include the style number, which is found on the case back.
  9. Include $8.50 to cover return postage in a check, money order or credit card information. The type of payment varies from retailer to retailer, but the amount is generally consistent.
  10. Include any extra money needed for repairs if they are not under warranty. This includes repairs such as a battery, case or strap. This also varies from retailer to retailer. Some ask you to include the money ahead of time; others will call after seeing the watch.
  11. Put the watch, any information and money into a padded envelope and send it to the appropriate address. Insure the package.

I bought a 2nd hand Concord Mariner Ref 0311277 automatic with a second hand. I can't find out anything about it. Can you help?

Very nice watch

The Mariner does have a silver brushed stainless steel finish, is waterproof for up to 100ft and uses the Battery Powered Swiss Quartz Movement for its mechanical operation.

Here is are the general technical specification information
for the Concord Mariner (311277)

I am not sure if there is any manual or paper-based guide on how to
use the Mariner, but if you want to contact the vendor, the Watchery, here is their general customer service line: 1-866-843-9282.

I hope that helps and that you enjoy that beautiful watch!

I need a new leather band for my Concord watch.Where can I get one?Numbers on back of watch are14 25 1470.1 then under that 1261034.

Concord is part of the Movado group. They do not sell replacement parts to just anyone. So if you want an original band you will need to take it to an Authorized Movado/Concord retailer. Or if you wanted to save some money you can take it to a watch repair business that sells and replaces watch bands. Speidel makes some really nice watch bands.
