Hi, i have a Littmann 3000, for the first year or so it worked great. Now there is so much buzzing and other noises that i can not hear my patients. What can i do? It has a new battery, it's clean, it just doesnt sound like it used to. I can hear from a cheapo prestige medical stethoscope better than my $300 littmann.

First try new ear buds...they do get clogged just like ears! Next, replace tubing...it gets dry and will get fine cracks that are to even notice unless you are looking for them Littmann tubing does not contain latex...it does need to be conditioned with Armoral. I just found that out...after using mine for 7 years! OR>>>>buy a new one !!!!

Does this have two sides to use? If so, try turning the bell end so the other side is used.

Due to the specil adhessavis involved these products are not ment to be repaired. and if so thay must be certified by the m.i.a.

Sounds like a motor, or a s stuck mechanism. Either way the door panel must come off and this is no easy task.

Listen from the back of the TV and locate the source of the noise. There may be fan with a bad bearing. The noise will lead you to it.
