Question about GE WDSR2080D Top Load Washer
The drain hose outlet must be located higher that any expected water level in the tub. If too low, gravity drains the tub as it is filled. Extend the (a) drain pipe up to the proper level, even if you are using a floor drain to carry away the water. Hope this helps!

Check to see if drain pipe is lower then the water level if it is water will run out and if you have the pipe tape in the drain pipe it will run out to and check to see if you have push the washer drain pipe to fare down in to drain pipe to.
