Windows has not found a "good" device-driver for the "integrated" video-controller on your motherboard; it is using the "generic" adapter.
So, trying to download the "SIS Mirage Graphics" software is an attempt by Windows to download a "specific" device-driver that matches your video-adapter hardware.
You might try installing an add-in video-card, to see if Windows will install the correct device-driver, and still boot-up correctly.
Otherwise, take the computer to a qualified technician, for trouble-shooting about your boot-up problem.

i need drivers for my toshiba satellite M55-S3512. other drivers i have found from the toshiba web site but only the given below drivers i could not find.
1. Mass Storage Controller
2. Video Controller
3. Video Controller(VGA Compatible)
any one help from where i can find these drivers.
