That blinking 3 times is indicating a pressure switch problem. Try checking for water or a blockage in any of the hoses going to the pressure switch or condensate drain. Check the air intake and exhaust pipe for any blockage including any saggs that may hold water. Make sure condensate drain or pump is working. If you get a glow from the igniter, there may be a blockage in the gas valve or piping.

I just took the flame sensor out and cleaned that off. The unit is still doing the same thing.
Also, a couple times now the igniter has not even started to glow.

I found the manual for the furnace online and the troubleshooting of that leads me to believe that my inducer motor is the problem. The connections to the pressure switch are good, as is the vacuum tube from that to the inducer motor. My best guess is that it's a weak draft inducer. I'm going to order that, replace it, and see if it works.
