My mobile 3110c was full virus and how to formatting please

First:
Make soft Formatting by typing this code on screen: *#7780#
If you been asked for code write :12345 and let the mobile reset its original settings (this will solve many problems and delete unnecessary files).
If this didnt solve the problem this means your mobile needs HARD FORMATTING and its a long story
For HARD FORMATTING you have to flash the BIOS and for this you need tools and
special formatting software.
But...Make these steps before ,they may solve the problem and remove the VIRUS:

In your mobile GO to MENU then to APPLICATIONS then you will find to ICONS :(GAMES and COLLECTIONS ) Delete all contents in both of them.
This may be very useful without you need to make soft or hard format.
