Hi , i removed the door, and removed two small screws from the bottom of the door, you can the seperate the door into two pieces by slidng them apart, cleaned up the glass, bought a tube of heat resistant silicone and put some around the edges of the door and glass. I then replaced the glass,i left overnight to set and rebuilt the door.
If it is only cracked and still otherwise intact (not shattered in bits) you are OK to cook the turkey. Just don't put it in self clean until you replace or have the glass replaced. Brian
To get to the glass on the inside of the door you need to do the steps listed.
1. Open door 4" and pull straight up at that angle
2. Lay door on flat surface with the handle down to surface.
3. Remove all screws that you see .
4. The inner housing should be removable now.
Then you should see the glass. Reverse the steps to put back together.
