If your washer just keeps filling it and the pressure valve is not to blame I would suggest that your tube coming off of the pressure valve might be blocked or partially blocked. If you have hard water where you live try taking off that line (it just pulls off fairly easy) and squirt some CLR into the tube. A good way to check to see if there is any restriction is when you take off that tube. You should be able to blow though it very easily.

Your spin cycle control seems to be bad. This is also called your timer. Check for power supply by pulling off your top panel and checking for power everywhere.

I know it's been a while since you posted this, but I thought I'd put an "answer" in here in case someone else stumbles across this post when trying to figure out what is wrong with their washer.
I'm not sure how to put it in service mode, but the problem is likely with your water pump. This pump pulls all of the water out of your machine before it goes into spin mode. If the pump doesn't engage then the washer won't spin. You likely need a new pump. They usually cost around $50 and are pretty easy to install. But if you have standing water in your machine, then you are going to have a mess when you pull the hose off to disconnect the pump. I'd suggest having a shop vac handy to **** up all the water as it comes pouring out of the Tub to Pump Hose. A towel isn't going to cut it. You're going to have lots of water that you don't want all over your floor.
