how old is your processor? did you buy an additional warranty when you purchased it? If so you should read the paperwork. Whats covered,and not, should be listed. you can probably buy a replacement bowl for it on the website.

Can't get it to turn on, how does the bowl and lid fit? Lid seems right but bowl doesnt seem to be engaged
you have to position the bowl correctly and then turn it so that it locks. only when it locks will the machine work.
