You can Click Start button to select Control Panel, and then Click User Account on the following Windows screen. After that, you select the User Account you want to create Windows 7 password reset disk for and Click Prevent a forgotten password. When the Windows Password reset wizard will come up, Click Next, Insert your USB drive in computer. The next box will say Create a Password Reset Disk and ask you to insert your blank formatted disk in your floppy drive. Click the Next button. Then enter your password at the Current User Account Password Box and click Next, you can create the Windows 7 password reset disk finally.

Well, I use Windows Password Reset to create password reset disk.

Follow my steps:
Step1:Download and install Windows Password Reset .
Step2:Burn Windows Password Reset ISO file to CD/DVD,or USB.
Step3:Put in your newly created CD and remove Windows Password.

Forgot my password

If you forgot windows password, you could create a windows password reset disk on an available computer which could download from Internet. With the disk you could perform windows password recovery. Only four steps:

Step 1: Download Windows Login Recovery from http://www.windowsloginrecovery.com/ and install it on the available computer
Step 2: Run the software and use it to burn a Windows password recovery disk (you could burn the file into the blank CD/DVD or USB flash drive)
Step 3: Change the BIOS setting of your locked computer to make it boot from the CD-ROM (Start computer and press F2 or Delete to enter BISO setup)
Step 4: Boot your locked computer from the created disk and remove the Windows password

Create a Password Reset Disk

If you’re running Windows XP Professional as a local user in a workgroup environment, you can create a password reset disk to log onto your computer when you forget your password. To create the disk:
Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click User Accounts.
Click your account name.
Under Related Tasks, click Prevent a forgotten password.

Follow the directions in the Forgotten Password Wizard to create a password reset disk.

Store the disk in a secure location, because anyone using it can access your local user account
