Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Use this method- it has worked for others with similar problems ;-0)
It is necessary to ensure absolutely that the machine has all 4 feet very firmly on the floor, and I mean firmly! Doesn't matter whether it is empty or not but switch it off then- very firmly push one front corner diagonally into the centre of the machine and see if the machine moves or rocks AT ALL, even the slightest. If it does you will need the open-ended spanner which came with the (new) machine........which of course went missing a long time ago?!! An adjustable spanner will suffice. Adjust the foot under that corner downwards until it is very firmly- almost pushing- against the floor but not so far that the corner lifts up! If this corner did not rock do the same to the other. Once you cannot rock the machine the slightest little bit, screw the locking nuts up tight to the underside of the machine so that they will not move. Ideally the rear feet should also be locked.
(If this has not cured the problem it is possible that the internal suspension is malfunctioning.)
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs-up on our rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Have you removed the bolts at the back of the machine. they are there to help stop it getting damaged in transit but if left in when in use it vibrates violently and moves a lot read manual and look at back to see if bolts are left in and remove them if so. hope this helps.
Hi, First thing you want to be sure of is that the machine is solid to the flor. Check and see that one of the legs hasn't moved. Get me model# if you need further assistance please.
Hi you must make sure its level in all directions. ie front to back and side to side. Alos dont overload it. If its on a wooden floor it will vibrate. A concrete floor is the best
IF THE FLOOR IS NOT ABSOLUTELY STABLE, IT WILL MAGNIFY A SMALL VIBRATION INTO A LARGE ONE. PUT SOMETHING ON THE DRYER IF IT SETS NEXT TO THE WASHER, AND TURN ON THE WASHER INTO SPIN. IF THE ITEM ON THE DRYER SHAKES, THE FLOOR IS MOVING.
IF THE WASHER IS ON CARPET, REMOVE THE CARPET OR CUT HOLES IN IT WHERE THE FEET ARE SO IT IS NOT SETTING ON THE CARPET. THE CARPET AND PAD WILL BE TOO SOFT FOR THE WASHER TO SET STABLE.
ALSO, PICK UP ON THE REAR OF THE WASHER TO RESET THE AUTO LEVELING REAR LEGS. YOU SHOULD HEAR THEM MOVE AND RESET WHEN YOU SET THE WASHER BACK DOWN.
