OK, tried everything I read such as:
1. Removed and reinstalled print head and ink cartridges
2. Unplugged printer for 2 minutes
3. Replaced ink with new color and black cartridges
4. Downloaded Firmware and Easyshare Software
5. Rebooted computer with printer's power cable and USB cables disconnected.
All of the above and still the same error. What's next?
How do you install the update as the updater will not work until the fault has been cleared!
You need a new printhead from Kodak AiO support. After that is in and you do not have the error message anymore, download the latest firmware at www.kodak.com/go/5300downloads
