Dryer starts for 4mins and then flashes up F09 fault. I have lost manual please can you help

I welded the cable after cutting the wire inside the encoder but after running the machine , it displayed an error F09 in spindle control unit module.
having the F09 Fault, is it necessary to do a reset for Simodrive 611 to see if the fault no longer exists or not.
and if yes, how to reset the fault code f09 that is displayed

F-09 = Motor encoder system is faulty. Check motor encoder cable or motor encode

F09 means there is an issue with the thermostat and could be that the thermostat needs resetting. Isolate the machine from the power source before you attempt any repair on the machine.

You will have to gain access to the heater by removing the rear cover to reset the thermostat. The thermostat has a reset button which should be pressed and you should hear a click when it resets. Check that all filters are clear of any debris prior to refitting the rear panel, reconnect the power source and try the machine again.

Do not attempt any repair if you do not feel confident to do so. Call a service engineer

How long is the connection including the duct work in the house?

I had the same problem on wt46s514by/24 have no reset button, however all were tested and seems to work properly. Done cleaning also, pump seems to work, it is still not heating and gives f09 and sometimes 0.

F09 means that it's running on the wrong power frequency.
