SOURCE: Kenmore HE2 Plus Error Code: F-20
You probably have this solved by now but for others who read this as I did.............
F-20 means
“F20” on display
(Water Inlet Problem—no water or insufficient
water supply)
Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle
Unplug washer or disconnect power.
Check the following:
Are water faucets completely turned on?
Are screens at inlet hose connection to washer
clogged? Are water inlet hoses kinked?
Are water inlet hoses frozen?
Hope this helps everyone else as it did me, thanks

SOURCE: door not locking on front load washer
No reset, sounds like a bad door lock switch. The unit is under warranty, call for service.
SOURCE: Kenmore HE3 CONTROLS LOCKED
Apparently there is a child lock on the machine and by holding down the spin and drain button for 3 to 5 sec. this will unlock the controls

Clean the filter in the pump behind the bottom panel, but remember it's full of water,If it's on a pedestal you can take the pump loose from the mounting pull it out a little and put a small pail or bucket under it before you open the trap.if it isn't on a pedestal it's a bit more challenging unless your in a basement with a floor drain. Open it very slowly and let the water drain a little at a time don't take it all the way out or you'll be in for a flood....good luck
Hello & Welcome to FixYa
Error F31 in your washer is
displayed due to MCU (Motor Control Unit) failure. It is displayed if the heat
sink gets too hot and then the MCU stops motor, then MCU sends the signal to
CCU (Central control unit). Please check the wire connections between the CCU
and MCU, if thats fine then check the motor operation. Hope you
understand...replacing the part# that has gone bad is recommended repair.
Please get back to me if you have any other questions.
Kevin
Hi
F11
is a motor control unit error which means that the motor control unit has
repeating under or over voltage or over current conditions due to internal
failure. You can check the wire harness connections between the motor and the
MCU (motor control unit) and also between the central control unit & MCU.
If the motor is working then replace the motor control unit. Hope
this helps...please post back for further assistance.
