I know a simple way to reset windows password. Download a software on the internet and reset or remove the password with it. I believe probably the easiest and safest way for you is remove your Windows OS Passwords with Windows Password Recovery tools. Furthermore, the powerful tool didn't cause a little data lose. It's worth an attempt.
You can log on as administrator on safe mode.Press F8 when you start the computer and choose Safe Mode to get in.If you can not log in safe mode, try the tool bellow,it is the best method without lose anything.

2.) Get the Bios flashed
The CMOS Battery thingy works most of the time.

try pressing ESC 2 or 3 times to bypass this option. Then go to your user account settings and change or delete your password. If all else fails, format HD or burn a bootable windows password recovery program and boot up pc with the disc.

Sometimes the only user who has Administrator previliges is the Administrator, this being said did you know that you should try creating another Administrator account and simply delete the old one,. It will at first seem that you did not do anything because you will still see the other administrator until you attempt your save and restart...then presto you should be good. This worked for me on a tower but if it's xp or vista you should be good..hope it helps!!
