I have a Fisher & Paykel E522B fridge that has suddenly stopped cooling.....it appears that the compressor is still working but both the fridge and freezer are warm.....as we live in a remote area of the tropics, getting a technician out really isnt an option.....any ideas to try to get the old girl up and running again would be truly appreciated....thanks

Check fans in freezer and near compressor. Is compressor running continuously or clicking on and off? If fans are running and compressor is running continuously, your problem is most likely within sealed system. That would require a technician and may not be cost effective to repair.

after replacing the tempreture probe have u checked the compressor so that it should get the signals for cutt in and cutt off if not please check it.if this is not happening please change the temperature sensor.

there may be a blockage in the evaporator tube in the fridge sections and the only way to establish what the fault is will be to have fridge technician run test on it

What's your problem? fridge is not cooling down,but freezer is working

pc fan needs replacing, this needs to be done by a qualified repairer, check with F & P for the nearest one to you.

Probably needs new fan. Most likely broken wire. Others have soldered if break easy to get to.
