Have received Emerson 10x25 digital camera binoculars as a gift. Cannot install drivers from CD included in box. Any suggestions?? Running Windows Vista OS

I just got one as a gift. Unfortunatey it is junk. A very poor camera attached to an OK bincular.
When the device plugged into the computer a TWAIN driver should load. Mine loads the driver about one out every of 5 or 6 tries. Any program capable of importing pictures from a TWAIN device should thenbe able to import the pictures. I have used Corel Paint Shop Pro.

I have windows vista I need upgrade cd for this? as the cd I have will not work....and i had to buy an usb cord not sure its working right.......................
