Press F9 repeatedly then restore you pc it did this to me after i did the update... Im not doing that again.. Im going to get a Ubuntu os though.. heard great stuff about it..

Reboot the system
Press F8 at boot startup. In the boot menu
Choose Last Known Good Configuration. If this doesn't work
Try Safe Mode
Go to Device Manager
Roll Back any new driver you've installed
and/or
Go to Add/Remove programs
Unistall any new software you've installed

You're computer is booting that's not your problem. Its just not booting into Windows which is a different subject, so a boot disk will not do you any good. You have some corrupted files at the Windows end not the start up end. The only way to correct the Windows corrupt files is to use a Windows disc. So you'll have to buy/borrow a portable DVD/CD player and a copy of windows. Once the Windows disc loads then its just a matter of clicking on "repair" when the disc asks..that one of the drawbacks of netbooks..If you have any questions let me know..

hello..this is the 1st you need to try..if you have a CRT monitor or LCD Screen try to put the signal Video on the Laptop located at the Back of unit then try to boot your unit...Thanks...

you need do check:
1) find your laptop RAM memory stick location reference:

2) take out the RAM clean pins then reseat it back, turn on, if still dark screen your laptop got trouble at onboard memory, need send to repair.
