Have the same problem
these tv's are ****. i'm having the exact same problem.
I do not see a solution or reply to my original inquiry. Why did I get an email saying there is another solution to my problem?
Please advise. Thank you.
I have same problem but for months I was getting a message right after turning on TV, it said lamp needs replacement. I ignored it and now Im getting the flashing LED and power light. I was gonna go ahead and change the lamp but now after reading some of the other comments I not sure what to do. Is there anybody out there who know what this problem is and how it can be fixxed? I would gladly pay for some worthy advise.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Mine just quit and the lights on the front blink really fast. NO picture
I am hoping you can help me out. I have a JVC D-ILA HD-52Z575 television. I went to watch TV the other day and when I turned it on the lamp and power LEDs started rapidly blinking and the fan clicked off after about 3 seconds.
I called our local JVC service center and they told me that since the TV was about 5 years old (I got it in Jan 2004) it was likely the lamp. So I ordered another lamp and put it in. Once I was sure everything was correct I plugged it back in and turned it on and it was doing the same thing as before. It is rapidly blinking and will not come on.
Do you have any ideas of what may have caused this? Any help or advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated!
Same problem, any help would be greatly apprecaited. Checked the fan and it starts then stops with a "clicking" sound in between.
tv has no red in picture. Replaced lamp but still no red. Could be ballast?
