I need a three phase wiring diagram for 8145-20 model timer.

8145-20 240Volt Paragon timer is not 3-phase.
Clock motor is 240V.
You need a transformer to convert 3-phase to single phase 240V to operate timer.
Then timer outputs can control 3-phase power using 3-phase contactors
Contactor below is 3 phase with 240V coil

Let me revise this answer: you can pull 240Volt off your 3-phase circuit. Wiring varies by type of 3-phase.

SOURCE: I need a wiring diagram

Paragon 8145-20 is a 240VAC (2 phase) timer. I doubt you will be able to find a 3 phase type timer.

I would suggest you use this timer as a control and purchase either contactors or relays rated to handle the 3 phase load.

Essick air compressor wiring diagram

telepathy do not work that hot as in hollywood movies...

you need to provide a model or at least if this is three phase or single phase...

single phase is easy, you have cord with three wires, earth, active and neutral.

you need to open connection box on your compressor and you will find three wires there terminating in junction box, earth connect to earth (usually green or green with yellow stripes), then you have your neutral (usually brown or black) and active (usually blue or red), connect them, do not put cover on yet, plug cable into the power point and switch on/off power. check if motor is rotating in correct direction, if fuses are not blown... if motor is rotating in wrong direction - switch power wire with neutral wire, it just meant that you wired it in reverse...

do not need diagram for that...

do not forget to give some points...

How to conect three phase 5 wire conection to 4 wire 380volt three phase from the machine

Identify each of the 5 wires with voltage testing.
Find which breaker serves the 3-wire, and which breaker serves the 2-wire.
--You might have a 3-pole 3-phase breaker (with 3 hot wires) plus a single-pole breaker (with 1 hot and 1 neutral) ... giving a line with 4 hot wires and 1 neutral.
--Or you might have a 3-pole 3-phase breaker (with 3 hot wires) plus double-pole breaker (with 2 Hots) ... giving a line with 5 hot wires and no neutral.
The 4 wires from machine are probably 3 Hots and a neutral, or 3 Hots and a ground.

You need to identify where the ground wire is. One of the 5 wires from breaker box might be a ground.

How can i connect a timer switch hager EH 010 to three phase DOL startor. the startor is using for 7.5 HP motor

http://waterheatertimer.org/images/EH-010-timer-wiring.jpg
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-install-3-phase-timer.html

EH 010 timer is rated 16 amp max.
Typically this timer is connected to 12-14 gauge wire
Typical 3-phase 7.5 Hp motor draws 22 amps at 230volt and probably connected to 30-40 amp breaker and size 10-6 wire.

Timer and wire to timer must be fuse-protected with 15a bus fuse or line fuse or fuse block, and cannot be directly connected to 30-40 amp line.

Add comment as needed.

I need to run a contactor ( 40 amps 3 phase ) with the help of thermostat..i have connected L1,L2 n L3 and output coneccted in T 1 T2 T3 . now how to connect A1 and A2 .... i want that contactor should...

1) Copy following links for illustrations showing timer controlling contactor in 3-phase environment:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-install-3-phase-timer.html
http://waterheatertimer.org/images/3-phase-timer-diagram-24Vac-865.jpg

2) Substitute thermostat instead of timer for switching control.

3) I don't know what thermostat you have, or if it's functioning or the rating.

4) Which contactor do you have?
Do you have a 3-phase contactor??
Or two-pole single phase contactor?

5) Match thermostat output voltage with contactor voltage:
Thermostat output is 24 volt? Then use 24Volt coil on contactor.
Thermostat output 120 or 277 > then use contactor with same coil rating.

6) More information is needed.
I don't understand description of your wiring.
Add a comment and compare with illustrations sent, so I can visualize ... or attach photo and/or give product numbers so maybe I can locate wiring diagrams.

I need a wiring diagram for the Hobart H600 which has a multi tap motor on and i would like to change the voltage on the motor to 200volt single phase 120/208 or even 120208 3phase. The wiring diagram is...

You cannot wire a three phase motor for single phase and you cannot wire a single phase motor for three phase. If you have a three phase dual voltage motor your options are 220 or 440 volts. If you have a single phase dual voltage motor your options are 120 or 240 volts. A 208 volt Hobart motor will only function correctly on 208 volts and is not dual voltage.

24hr timer to 240v lighting receptical need the wire diagram

As for the Contacts wiring, there are TWO,, One contact will be wired to the Supply and Power IN to the Timers Phase + power &, Phase + IN Contacts. There will be TWO wires on that Terminal. The Timers other Power in wire is Neutral neg, it is Common, and connected to Neutral.. The other side of the Contacts goes to the Pfase + side of the Load. There will be only ONE wire on that side going to the "Load". The LOAD goes to this "Other" side of the Timer Contacts, which are Normally Closed, the Other side of the contacts, as said, goes to the Phase + on the LOAD & of course, the other side of the LOAD goes to the Neutral.Common. Now the Timer has power all the time, and when the timer "Times Out" the connection to the "Load" will be "Broken" when the Contacts "Open". Be safe.

Starting three phase pump

First you need to have 3 phase power. Almost no households have 3 phase power availble. You would need to get a three phase converter which would cost as much as a new pump. If you have three phase power you will need a 3 pole relay that is triggered from a timer and rated for the current of the motor.
