I had change power supply, but same.Check the keyboard LED,Not flash.I had remove the ram but can't hear beep. PC speaker ok conferm. Monitor display tested monitor its ok . But no comming display. Hi you need to check the Processor and the power distribution logic on your motherboard . Check the processor on another mobo if possible to ensure its working . Next check the Voltage regulators around the power connector and the ports if you have a multimeter , look for 3.3 volts ,5 volts and 12 volts . Check if any of the electrolytic capacitors have short circuit . If you find any of the capacitors bulging desolder them and power-up the mobo .

Try leaving it off but with power to it (should see a small green LED on Mobo) for about 30 minutes or more.
After this time try starting it with RAM installed of course!
If this doesn't work your Motherboard is dead.

It is a memory problem. Verify if they are plugged in the mainboard slot.

Same problem but if I uninstall mems it indicate hw problem. I have change VGA card but it did'nt help.
