How do i cook oven chips - Neff B1691 Single circotherm super Stainless Steel Electric Oven

This might indicate a bad keypad or that the cable connecting the keypad to the chip board within your whirlpool has come loose. You might need to work with whirlpool to see if they keypad needs replacing or if the internal chip board itself is faulty.

Get it repaired from authorised personal. Seems sensor elements has gone down or programming chip is malfuctioning.

This has happened to our smeg oven too, ours looks like scratches but we have never cooked anything on the base, always used the shelving/trays provided. Smeg have blamed us for the damage. Utterly disgusting. Will never buy smeg again.

Yes any thing that is not greasy as it will block the catalytic converter

It is generally said that when it starts to chip you are suppose to no longer use the item in question. It is unsafe to ingest and is consider a carcinogen. It is unsafe to ingest. The problem will be the oven ele3ent has failed, a very common event.
It is located at the rear of the oven behind a removeable cover.
Make sure you have the power off.

I agree, the heating is very uneven in our oven, however, when I calibrated the temperature with a thermocouple, I discovered that the temperature gauge was 25C too hot! That is, if I set the oven temperature gauge to 155C, it was actually 180C inside the oven! Taking this in to account, it is now much easier to cook things without them burning.

I have a similar problem with my Zanussi and discovered there is a seperate element arounfd the fan wihich I think may be burnt out. Could be a similar fault have you investigated behind the panels in side the oven?

the interior of the oven cavity is chipping??? if so not a worry or concern for saftey or health concerns stictly cosemetic
