I am going to assume that your exact error message is
No Paper Fed. This is mentioned on page 12-3 in Chapter 12,
Troubleshooting and routine maintenance, of the
Users Manual.
Since you said that paper is in the unit, the most likely cause is a jam. See pages 12-5 through 12-8 of the Users Manual for instructions on clearing jams.
It is possible that the error message is a "false positive." Power down the unit for at least one minute, then power it up again.
If the aforementioned advice does not resolve the problem, the printer probably needs to be serviced. You can find authorized service centers within a certain radius of the ZIP code of your choice by following this procedure:
1. Visit
http://www.brother-usa.com/Service/.
2. Select
Fax/MFC (color) in the
--Please select product group-- selector box.
3. Type the ZIP code of your choice (presumably your home ZIP code or work ZIP code) into the
Zip Code: text box.
4. Click on the radio button for the desired radius from your specified ZIP code. (If you want to "walk" your unit into a repair center, click the
20 miles radio button.)
5. Click the
Next button. A list of authorized service centers should appear.
