Sounds to me like your condensor fan is not running probably control board or motor itself

SOURCE: We have recently noticed that

This is a sure sign of pending compressor failure (high heat and head pressure, Since that 2 inch section comes directly from the compressor. For verification,
Remove the back cover, and place your hand on the compressor.(careful, may be hot) should be able to leave your hand on compressor without burning.
Check condensor fan in that same area , It may be not running
causing all the trouble
If this was helpful please rate me.

How to remove spare tire on a 1993 ford ranger

Take out the jack and its other tools from the store point between the rear seats. One of these tools is an extension bar with a flattened hook at one end. Use the other extension bar with the hole at one end to make the hook section longer. Use the Lug wrench through the hole to create a crank handle.
At the rear of the ranger, in the middle, look between the bottom of the tail gate flap and the top of the bumper. Above the licence plate. There should be a hole hidden there. Push the flat hook into the hole and turn Counter clockwise. It should notch into position and then the spare will start to lower itself from underneath.
It uses a cable so keep lowering until the cable goes slack. The slack cable allows you to unhook the 'T' piece the wheel hangs on.
To rehang the wheel. Rest the rim, outside face upper most, and hook the 'T' bar through the centre of the rim. Use the flat hook crank and turn it Clockwise. Once the tyre has sat into position, DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE CABLE!! Turn till tight then leave it.

Water is dripping from the top of refrig from what appears to be a control unit of some type.. The freezer and icemaker work.

If the water is dripping into the ref. from the freezser chances are you have a clogged drain where the water runs out of when the machine goes into defrost. Take everything out of the freezer and look at the back of the machine and see if you have ice built up. The vents that ru from the freezer to the ref. are loacted in the middle and chances are ice has gotten into them and is thawing and running into the fridge. Unplug the machine, take the back freezer wall off and clear the ice away. I use a screwdriver to tap into the drain hole to clear the ice but you can use hot water as well. Once you see water draining properly down the hole, put it back together and your good to go.

Yes,
on many models this is where the condenser coils are to expell the heat...

Fog and dew dripping in ref

It may be high humidity of the air outside of the refrigerator or you are storing highly humid things inside along with the settings of the fridge.

Is it normal for the outsides to get very hot

No. If you feel the sides getting hot, it usually means that the ref. isn't cold enough inside. There us either an electric heater or a pass of the hot gas from the compressor around the edges of the doors as well as the mullion between them. If they feel hot, it's too warm inside.... Check the ice cream: It's the 1st to go.

Water accumulating in bottom of kenmore

It's likely the condensate drain is plugged. You can access it from the back of the refrigerator. You can disconnect from the inside of the fridge and blow it out to ensure it is not blocked, then reconnect.
