Downloaded Recipes 3000. The Product Registration opened. It is requesting to please enter the registration code for this product. It appears that it needs the registration code and key. When th email icon is clicked, apparently the product cannot connect to the registration even when allowed to pass thorough the firewall.

Go tot the product registration page and register. Once this is done, a page will then request a product key or activation code to be entered to activate the product.

Once you have downloaded or installed the anti-virus successfully, a 'dashboard' will appear listing the features of the program. There is a registration area here as well and once you begin the registration process you will see a place for the key to be entered.

A Registration Code for any program is downloaded (e-mailed) to you when you purchase or download a product.
If you purchased this online, search your e-mail(s) including your junk box. If you purchased at a store, the Registration Code (product key) should be on the cd case.
If you purchased online, or downloaded online, you need to contact the provider (dealer) and request a new "product key".

Usually the product key is located on the back of any CD's that come with the computer.

Alternately you can download a tool known as SIW (System Information for Windows)

1. Run this tool and Select Applications in the Left Pane
2. Scroll down to Microsoft Office 2007 and click on it.
3. The Center Pane should information on this application including the registration key.
4. Enter this key next time Word 2007 requests it.
