Have you double checked and made sure your getting power to the heater? Have you checkd the fuse on the ignition control board to see if it is good? If you have power goin to the heater and the fuse is good and nothing coming out of the board, then I would say you have a bad board. Hopefully it is just the fuse.
You should have power to the out puts on the board, but I assume you don't because you have to lights at all or no display. Any control board you have will be after the power switch. I don't have the wiring diagram handy for this, I am at home now. You should be able to trace back from the igniter and thermocouple for the flame, back to the control board. I believe there is a fuse on the board.
It wan't do you any good to bypass the thermostat if you have no control power. we have to get juice to the controls first.

Hi
This Error indicates
a loose/broken wire on the oven temp sensor or the oven temp. sensor itself is
bad and should be replaced. To solve this issue test the oven temp. sensor, it
should read between 1080-1120 ohms, if the rating is more then that and the door
appears to be closing fine then it is the control board that is bad and should
be replaced. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.
