Is it a new one ?
My suggestion will be reseting the device to factory default and reconfigure the ASUS RTG32 Router.
Seems like issue in the software loaded in the ASUS RTG32 Router.

My computer won't connect to the internet wired or wireless. What is wrong, what can I do to fix this?

Hi.

First of all restart your PC. While the PC is restarting go to the modem and router and remove power from them for 30 seconds, then plug them back in.
Wait for around 1 minute for the router and modem to reconnect then go back to the PC and try to connect to the internet.

Please let me know how you get on.

Good luck.

Router must be restarted every 10 to 15 minuts to work and it works after that after 15 or 20 minuts internet is not working so i have to restarted again

Hello,

There are many reasons why this might be happening.. You could try the following steps..

1) Disconnect the power from router for a minute and reconnect and check.
2) Try changing the wireless channel and Network name and try re-connecting.
3) Check if there is an firmware update for your product and update if any update is available. You can check this by visiting http://en-us-support.belkin.com/app/product/list/q/routers/ and enter your product details.
4) If none of the above steps work you will need to reset and re-config your router. ( For that you need the CD given with the router and you will need the ISP settings.)

Hope this helped

For every 30-40 minutes the network status automatically changed to limited connectivity and no internet access. i always need to restart the routher. how to solve this problems? pls help me.

When it does it again we need to know which lights are on in the router....if all the correct lights are on I would suspect either a faulty router OR weak internet signal....check all wiring connections for corrosion, remove the ethernet plug from each device and replug in checking for corrosion.

I am trying to hook up awireless router arg54abroudband router.i need someone to explain it to me if i have my conputer pluged in to my internet service how can i plug the router in also.

You need to unplug your computer from there and plug your router in the same place instead. The WAN port or uplink port should be connect there. Then you can plug your computer in any of the LAN port on your router. Usually you don't need too much setup, just restart the modem from your Internet service provider, wait for half minute and restart your router, then wait for half minutes and restart your computer. The manual of your router or the support section of the manufacturer of the router should have some instructions about how to set up the router. If you need more details, send me an email and I will let you know. [email protected]

Internet keeps getting disconnected.Computer needs rto restart

there is nothing to do with adapter... you need to check with some other laptop to isolate where is the issue...

if your laptop works fine without dropping connection then get a replacement for your belkin adapter...

if your laptop also looses connection, then you need to check your wireless router...

When there is limited connectivity check if the laptop gets an IP address from the router. ELse try configuring it manually. Restart the laptop if necessary.

Internet only works for 20 minutes after restart.

Yep. Guessing the router is older. They don't last long. Modems live forever but routers average 6-18 months. Other things are funny about this. Your router works on 2.4 ghz. Cordless phone and microwaves do too. if you have a cordless base close to the router it can knock it offline. If your router is old get a new one. MAKE SURE IT IS AN "N" SERIES AND NOT A "G" SERIES
