These units have a air pump on the back of the fan motor. Has anyone messed with the settings? The pump usually runs off of 5 to 6 lbs. of pump pressure. This is what controls the fuel flow that is sprayed out of the fuel injector. This unit also should have a photo eye for flame out control. It is positioned near the ignitor looking though a hole in the combustion chamber. Make sure it is clean and looking in the hole. Make sure your ignitor is working also.

Sounds like you have a bolwer motor or fuel pump that has bad bearings, as it runs, it starts to bind up, and get to the point where it is pulling to much juice to turn it, and the fuse does it's job and blows?

Space runs 15 seconds then stop

check in front of the flame there should be a flame proving rod which may be dirty, use steel wool to clean it so it can sense the flame, could also be a "fire eye" like a light sensor for a outdoor night light, clean the lense

Heater runs for 20 minutes then shuts off

These heaters have built in thermostats. Sometimes they are adjustable sometimes they are not, check to see if your is adjustable and see if this fixes your problem. Also check to see if there is any air restrictions possibly causing the heater to over heat.
