Recenlty the Minollta stopped accepting some heavier paper unless we feed ti one at a time.
We use this paper for inserts in DVD cases and it used to work fine...
it still takes normal 20# paper with no problem...what can I do?
is it worth cleaning and changing rollers..etc?

SOURCE: PAPER FEED DOESNT WORK KONICA MINOLTA COLOR PRINTER
This happened to me one time after I pulled out a jammed paper the wrong way. I pulled it from the paper tray. Heard the sounds, it tried to grab the paper, but couldn't. It happened a long time ago, so I'm fuzzy on which part I tinkered with...but I recall that because I pulled the paper (backwards) from the tray, it flipped a lever/feeder/roller/thing and that 's why it wasn't grabbing the paper. If you look in the paper tray as the rollers go down to grab the paper, you'll see what's not working......sorry, lame solution.

SOURCE: Paper feed issue
You didn't setup the paper size correct, check again in the driver and
application to have the same dimension with the actual paper in printer.
Reset your Toners and Imaging units for Bizhub and CF series.

SOURCE: Paper problem
That is a common problem especially if you are using a thin paper and an aging machine.
The feed rollers tend to develop dusts which causes the thin papers to slide or crumple in the middle.
Solution would be to clean or replace the feed rollers. Contact your supplier for a service or order service parts such as the feed roller.
Hope this helps. Thank you for using Fixya.
