Verify that the battery is fully charged by using a multimeter, and also check the charger with a multimeter and make sure that they are showing at least 12 volts

Why does it start, move half a foot, then stop?

A bad connection to the throttle could do this. or loose battery connections. The Parking brake may not have released giving a over load signal to the controller.

How to bring sewing foot holder to embroidery position

Hi, I hope this helps. If it doesn't post again.
"Check:
Place the sewing foot under the sewing foot
holder so that the pins of the foot snap into
the sewing foot holder when the presser foot
lifter is lowered.
Please check that the sewing foot is properly
engaged by raising the presser foot lifter
."

Question: Are you using top feed? If so:
"For all sewing jobs with the top feed, only use sewing feet with Cutout at the back (OA, 1A, 3, 4)."

Embroidery foot Part No.: 98-694-840-00 will not work with top feed.

Also, except for eyelets, the darning foot can be used for embroidery.

I'm not sure what you're trying to do :) darn or embroider :); I'm not sure what mode you're working in either; embroidery mode?

Darning with straight stitch
Program 00
Fit darning foot No. 6.
Set the needle at its highest position by turning
the handwheel, and push the pin of the darning
foot fully into the hole of the sewing foot holder
slightly pressing the darning foot between thumb
and forefinger. When doing this, the guide fork
should place itself around the presser bar and the
wire must be behind the fixing screw.
Darning position:
Lower the presser foot lifter pressing it lightly to
the rear until it snaps into the darning position.
Important Only in this position you have the
optimum thread tension for darning.

• Place the darning work in the darning hoop.
• Lower the feed dog.
• Pull up the bobbin thread and hold the threads
when you start sewing.
• Now guide the fabric back and forth evenly;
the length of the darn will be set by the size of
the hole. As you are determining the stitch
length yourself while sewing with the feed dog
lowered, you should sew at an even speed.
When you have reached the width of the dam
aged area, darn over the damaged area again
from right to left.
This guarantees a durable darn.
TIP: The faster you sew, the easier and more even
the darning will be. It you are moving the workpiece
too slowly, small knots will appear on the
wrong side of the fabric."

Whether working with terry-cloth or woven fabric,
with the help of the darning foot and the pro
gram 02 you can embroider initials of your own
design

Drop the feed dog and insert the darning foot.
Put the machine into the darning position.

Spread the fabric in an embroidery hoop and
embroider in accordance with program 02.

Lower feed dog
If the feed dog is not lowered for embroidering, the
machine does not embroider when the foot pedal
is pressed and the message appea rs:
Lower feed dog

ok?
The feed dog must be lowered in embroidery
mode.

Canon sx240 powershot, when turning on camera with a fully charged battery it tells me to change the battery pack and will not turn on, but if i press the view photo option it reads as a fully charged...

What's more likely to be the issue is that the spring loading on the door has loosened over time, and the battery simply isn't being pressed up against the contacts in the camera firmly enough.

I tried to jump a friends car,it didnt start so we got a new battery.on the way to get her battery my ac wasnt blowing right then battery light cam on.after fixing friends car got in my olds and it ...

clean and tighten all your battery connections and fully charge it,, when you get it charged , have it LOAD tested, you may have a dead cell in it, once you know you have a good , fully charged battery ,, test the battery posts with a meter,, you should get a reading of 13.5 to 14.5 volts, if not, your alternator isn't charging correctly,, ( note,, use extreme care when jumping another car, a single back feed into your car could fry the computer,,

My nikon s4100 coolpix does not turn on

Hello Ice,

Please check the battery of the Nikon Coolpix 4100 Digital Camera. Please check the battery is fully charged or may be its damaged if its swollen. Also check the contact points of battery and camera and clean it. Insert the battery and charge it fully. When the battery gets charged fully then press the power button 4 to 5 times to start it. If the battery is damaged then replace the battery with new battery.

New Bigfoot toy for XMAS buzzes three times and stops working. Reset with power switch and does the same thing repeatedly. Made sure battery was fully charged.

There is a pen hole beside power switch........with the power off press and hold this button (with a safety pen or something)....while holding the button turn it on and hold the button for at least 3 seconds. Then push every button on the remote, then charge the battery until the indicator is "green". That will fully reset your Bigfoot.

Minn Kota riptide ST green ready light will not turn on. It started flickering and will not turn on now. Pressed the battery test button and it shows that the batteries are fully charged. HELP!!!

Does the unit work without the auto pilot? Sounds like the auto pilot or the reciever is not functioning correctly.
Check and make sure the unit is grounded properly, you may need to run a test ground wire from the battery to the motor istelf to check this.
This is simple to do and takes 15 minutes. Starting in the battery compartment feed cable into the split-loom and continue feeding until reaching the control panel. Pull an extra 5 foot of cable and open dry hatch in rear by motor feed cable around and out to motor connections., Good time to check any circuit breakers
Try cycling the auto pilot though the modes.
there are 3 modes
to cycle through each mode
hold down the + and - key for 2 seconds
this cycles you to the next mode. Last but not least, try turning the unit on and spinning the prop by hand to see if it takes off, the motor migt be bound up slightly or have a bad spot on the brushes.

NEED TO CHARGE BATTERY FOR 2005 DYNA WIDE GLIDE CAN I CHARGE WITHOUT REMOVING SEAT AND HOW ?

Yes. Hook the positive cable to the starter solenoid terminal, (where the battery cable mounts) and hook the ground to an exposed bolt,(or nut), near the starter, (or anywhere on the frame).

Just a click (from the solenoid?) when trying to start. Battery fully charged.

Battery fully charged. (has power)

Solenoid clicking. (power to this electric switch)

Check voltage on both large wires on your solenoid. One should be hot all the time. the other not except ... When you press the start button, the other big terminal should become energized. Does it?

If it does, id next check the connection on the starter ... power there with the button pressed? Is your wire intact? Proper size? Does it get hot?

Only one thing left ...

Id take the starter off the machine then jump from a known good battery (your car) to both ground (the shell of your starter) and the terminal where the wire goes. Put your foot on it or place it in a vice - DO NOT TRY TO HOLD IT WITH YOUR HAND!!!

If it runs in this condition ... reassemble.

if it doesn't ... I suspect you might be in need of brushes. Check that ... then go have a chat with the parts man at the motorcycle shop. See what he of she says.

I hope this helps you ...
