How do I use Transcend microSD, 1GB in an Acer Aspire Lap top? I have found where to place the Adapter in the lap top but not sure how to place it in (which side up) and how to place the memory card into the computer?

Download driversweeper and remove the drivers in safe mode. This is the only sure fire way to correctly remove drivers.

Click the start button (Or the windows icon - typically lower left on the task bar). Choose Restart. If you can't find that, choose Shutdown, once the laptop is off, press and hold the power button till you see the power come on.

Please try these. After on your pwoer botton wait 2 minites and the press FN+F6.

Are you able to see this in BIOS. Make sure it is detecting in system bios and its is not disabled over there

try to remove the battery and use only the AC / DC adapter supply from?if not you will return to Acer to use the warranty if it is under the warranty.

go to acer.com and download the driver for it along with the software if needed.
