Inside the machine is two carbon electrodes that ignite the fuel and if they are burnt away it will not work ,check the electrodes and make sure they are sparking across but then try it with the cover off as the air flow stops them from sparking if the coil is low or the gap isnt right .This is the most common cause of problems with these machines ,also the same problem with steam cleaners as well

I set my program for 72 degrees, but as the room heats up, it stays at 68 degrees with out getting any warmer. Though the radiator is on, it does not get any warmer, help???

Hi, The problem would not be with the thermostat, it would be with the unit itself. It may be under sized for the space you are trying to heat, I don't no how large the space is and what btu rating is of the heater. It would also depend on the insulation value and windows in your home. Does the heater run all the time and not shut off trying to keep up? Please get back to me on this so we can come up with a solution.

More space required on C drive.

Hi,

You can recover your c drive space by using the disk cleanup utility .
Just click on :-
Start>accessories> system tools> Disk Cleanup

A new window popup here you select c drive fro cleanup.

It will calculate now the space thatcan be free.
select all the files that can be deleted and click ok.

It will give you space occupied by unnecessary file that was using using your harddisk space.

Bucket seats with driver 1 and 2 memory and also seat warmer oh and the seat warmer does not work ever since.

Hi I'm not to clued up on 2004 silverado 1500 LT crew cab, obviously you'll check the fuse box & even replace the fuse wouldn't hurt giving it a try. Also try checking the electric motor for the seat. No cables lose or broken? Nothing jamming the seat? Is there any sound at all coming from the area where all the electrics are under the seat? Can you hear a motor straining?Just a few thoughts. Good luck

Motor in dimplex fire/heater not turning

Hello. It could be possible that a piece or some of the foil that gives the flame effect has fallen down on the motor, that creates the heat. This could be causing the noise. I would not think this is an electrics problem.

I would ensure the electric fire is disconnected from any power supply and either open the heater myself or get a electrical specialist to have a look. Then you will see exactly what is happening. A piece of foil may be visible which is catching the motor.

If you decide to tackle the problem yourself write down how to put the heater back together as you take each part out. These parts would be covers etc. It can easily get confusing. That is important.
