Most likely a problem with the power stage. Unit should be repaired.

Do you have the part# of the unit in question?

SOURCE: prosine 2.5 fault 195

This internal fault code can mean so many things, but basically it more than likely has some internal parts that the smoke is no longer inside. They can be repaired however, email [email protected] to discuss further.
Thanks, Bob

E.PU error

E.PU is a general power stage failure.

Without knowing the part number of the actual inverter with the problem it is difficult to speculate what the actual problem is.

One thing to do is to check if the fan is operating. Some of the older F5 inverters utilized a feedback loop so that the inverter could tell if the fan was functioning properly. If the fan was not functioning the inverter would trip into E.PU.

E.pu error in keb f5 inverter. the part no. is 09.f5.a1d-3a4a, ver. 1.0, 1.5kw. when powering up the drive, it gives 560VDC. please recommend what the problem could be.

The E.pu error is a general power stage failure.
Typically means that the unit has a defective power stage that would need to be replaced.
If it is an old inverter(early 2000's) there is a possibility that it could be a cooling fan problem since at that time there was a three wire fan used. May be able to replace the fan (must obtain from KEB) but there may still be problems with power stage. If it is from early 2000's then you might be better off replacing the unit with new current version.

How do i clear Error code E.Puch

E.puch power unit changed
power unit identification was changed, with a avalid power circuit this error can be reset by writting to SY.3. If the value displayed in SY.3 is written, only the power-cricuit dependent parameters are reinitialized. if any other value is written, then the default set is loaded . On some systems after writing SY.3 a power-On -Reset is necessary........

Ai have the problem em keb inverter , the E.Pu

E.Pu means there is a problem with the power stage. Perhaps your cooling fans are clogged and not spinning.

Hard to say with out knowing what the part# of the inverter is.

I have a proble with keb f5 inverter its capacitors and rectfier bridge was damage i changed it but now it gives an error E.PU. plz suggest me the solution.a thick film 05.f0.0019 alo seems to be damage.

Most likely when the DC bus capacitors and input rectifier were damaged, it also damaged the circuit board.

Wiser to replace inverter or send it in to a KEB facitlity to be repaired.
