My Kodak 5300 printer won't print properly in color. It only prints blue. I just changed the color printhead and deep cleaned and calibrated it. What have I done wrong?

I just changed my color cartridge and the color comes out more green/blue . How can I adjust the color? I have tried the brightness, did a test page, cleaned the print head and calibrate the printer.I did not change the black because it was not empty.Even the colors on my test page were not as bright as they should have been.MaryI just changed my color cartridge and the color comes out more green/blue . to resolve the problem try to clean the printhead first, to clean the printhead just press on the menu button, select clean printhead, select deep clean. After you clean the printhead try to re-calibrate the printhead, just go back to the menu the select calibrate printer then select print calibration page. Once you have the calibration sheet, place it on top of the scanner make sure that the blue arrow on the printout is pointing on the yellow arrow located on the top corner of the scanner glass then press on the start button to scan the calibration page. Once the calibration is complete try to make a test print, just go back to the menu then select print demosheet then press ok. If this will not correct the problem you need to call their technical support hotline
Print out a calibration sheet, either from the menu, or press photo and cancel at the same time. Your calibration sheet is probably missing a color. You should have black, blue, yellow, and magenta(pink). If you're missing any of these colors, your printhead is clogged. Try doing a printhead cleaning. Print another calibration sheet, if the color is still missing, you need a new printhead. Call Kodak.
Remove the black and color ink cartridges. Right above where the black ink cartridge was, in the top left hand corner of the printhead, push up towards the ceiling and you should be able to push a button that releases the printhead. Place the printhead right back into the printer and push straight back on the back wall. You should hear a loud snap. Replace the ink cartridges which should snap as well. Close the printer. After about a minute or so the printer will ask you to do a calibration. Insert a paper and press start. Scan the calibration sheet. After that, in the menu, do a printhead clean. Do one basic and one deep. Print a demo sheet to see if anything has changed. If the picture looks better, continue to do cleans. In the event that it does not, the printhead will need to be replaced and since the printer is still under warranty, Kodak specialists will try to overnight you a printhead. The whole process is short and free. The number for Kodak AiO Support is 1 800 421 6699.
Here are the things you will be asked to try if you call support. They may fix the problems as well. Taking the printhead out and putting it back in is the big helper.

Kodak told me to take the printhead off and reseat it several times, which I did. I then deep cleaned it, calibrated it, and replaced the color cartridge. It didn't solve the problem. Kodak will replace the printhead for free, and after I return the defective one, will send me a free color and black cartridge. Very nice service. I've been very happy with the 5300.
